Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping for 1st jewelry item is $4.00 first class mail or $6.00 priority mail. For jewelry only, if the listed purchase price of items has not been discounted and the total cost is over $100, I offer free first class shipping in the United States or will cover 1/2 the cost of international shipping. Insurance is available for an additional charge depending on the amount of the order. For larger items, purchaser will have the choice of how the package is shipped, priority or parcel post. If insurance is not purchased, shipping is at the buyer's risk. I will combine multiple purchases when able.

Restocking Fee:
A $5.00 charge per item.

Other Information:
If paying by personal or business check, I hold the item until the check has cleared the bank (7 to 10 days). Money orders and Paypal payments will be shipped within one to two business days. My mailing days are Tuesday and Friday.
