Our Service Pledge To You:
We respond to all orders within 24 hours and will ship next business day of payment receipt. We do our best to describe items accurately and package with care but mistakes happen if you have an issue with your order or it arrives in other than described condition please contact us .
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
PLEASE check all shipping rates for the best rate to your location. Sometimes Ground UPS/Fedex is much cheaper than priority.
Multiple orders? Please wait to pay until we can combine your shipping and reduce your cost.

We charge actual shipping plus small 1-2.00 handling fee. We use USPS priority mail for most shipments weighing less than 5 lbs both international and US. Larger items are shipped via Fedex Ground.

We are sorry but we will no longer ship items valued over 50.00 first class mail to international destinations. Additionally we can no longer accept checks from non-repeat customers . We will continue to accept money orders. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have received too many returned payments in past month.

Restocking Fee:
We charge 10% restocking Fee for items returned.

Other Information:
Please read descriptions and view pictures carefully. We list defects, and issues with vintage items. Antiques and vintage items often have use unless marked new items are not "new". We do our best to accurately describe all items but please feel free to ask us to clarify or send you additional dimensions.

If paying with paypal and payment is not received in 72 hours you will receive a reminder, if item is still not paid for in 5 days it will be re-listed. Unless you have made prior arrangements with us.
