I beleive this plane is from the later part of 60s or 70s but dating these is really complicated so leave that to experts. Front of plane reads Bailey behind the knob and Number 3 in front. The knobs are rosewood I think, and grain is showing. The brass tension knob has parallel lines. Cutting blade at top is angular not rounded. All these things mean something to those who collect. It does appear to be in excellent condition.
