This is a beautiful piece you see many pieces like it in the WNY area where Ukranian, polish and russian immigrants are quite concentrated. The box is hand carved and decorated it even has inlaid wire accentting the design. Measures 8 inches wide and with top about 4 inches high. Interior cavity is quite shallow, would hold some keys or trinkets.
