This is the 17 inch Wanda doll a companion to the Winnie doll that was larger and also talked. She does work but slowly and her mechanism is quite loud when running. Another Lenci Style doll from same estate as the other we have listed She is lovely with molded face and cloth body. She has jointed legs as does the other measures approximately 11 inches tall her costume does show staining and some pin holes. The hair on both these dolls is expertly done as is the facial details.

I don't know alot about dolls I do come across them from time to time but if they are not marked I am typically at a loss. This is all composition doll, measuring 14 inches high and having jointed arms and legs, she has two spots of damage one on her blue bow and one on her foot as seen. Otherwise she appears to be in pretty good condition.

Great pair of earlier marionettes, from Mexico or other South American Region they are dressed in traditional costume and heads , hands are composition. There bodies are wood as are there feet. They need restringing as they are a bit of a tangle mess and the male has some wear to his face as seen. They are still very unique and interesting despite showing their age a bit and would make lovely addition to a collection. They measure approximately 14 inches high.

This doll is very much like a Lenci but she does not have zig zag stitching at back of neck and the only doll I found from lenci with pig was a boy and his pig was wood! I assume this is one of the many companies that made similar dolls. The doll stands 11 inches high and does have some small holes and staining to her dress. Another lovely little geisha girl from same WNY estate . This one does have a little damage to side of the gofun near her neck, it makes her head fit a little loose, it is not coming off but can be turned and moved and I think its due to the crack in the gofun. She measures 8.5 inches high with pedestal. She wears her layered tradtional clothing. Circa 1940-50 I would guess. She has only a Japan sticker on base. She is priced in accordingly due to the issues listed.

This doll is amazingly detailed to be so small. She has lovely blond painted curls, tinted bisque and chest plate. I Can not remove her clothes to find a mark but I suspect one of the major Germany houses given she was with a lot of german dolls from the turn of the century. She has 4 layers of clothes all hand sewn, perfect pouty lips and blue eyes, hair covers her ears , she measures just 5 inches tall. There is something written in pencil on back of both legs. This little hard plastic or celluloid doll is about 9 inches jointed at legs and arms, and wearing a crocheted cotton outfit complete with bonnet and booties. Very nicely done, but with some soiling. The doll is in very nice condition with no cracks etc.
