Exquisite and rare, German papier mache nodder stands 6 in. tall with 3 in. base. Base marked Made in Germany. This Easter duck looks spiffy in his green bowler hat. Dates to 1920s. Also a candy container, base removes to hold treats. Excellent condition, a few minor chips to paint. Will ship this carefully and safely.

Desirable majolica pair of mantle spill vases featuring a pair of swans on each side. 9 in. tall, 8 in. wide at flared top. These date to circa 1880, not marked. Beautiful cobalt blue medallion. The base glazes flow creating a tortoise effect. The rim of each base is deep blue. Professional restoration to neck and head of right swan on right vase; also chip on base of left vase (rear side).
