Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays shipping and insurance costs. We ship via USPS priority mail less other arrangements are made.
Important shipping information : Unless instructed otherwise, we ship using Priority, insured U S Mail. Shipping cost is not included in the price of an item.
It is rare, but occasionally a package does get lost or damaged in the mail. If a package is damaged/lost in the mail, it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office immediately. All damage or loss claims will be reimbursed directly to the customer by the
post office. We will do all that we can to assist you with your claim but will not reimburse you for the cost of the lost or damaged item. All packages are shipped insured and you will be reimbursed for the item by the post office, not us. Please be assured that we pack our items VERY carefully. We will double box them if necessary. We want you to receive your purchase quickly and in good condition.

Import fees and/or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship all packages via insured mail.

We will not accept for return any items if they have been sized, engraved, damaged, broken, polished or altered in any way.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable and we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee on all returns. Sorry, no returns on layaways.

We offer a layaway service to our clients.
Here is our layaway information:
*We ask for 30% down and then the remaining balance to be paid weekly.
*Normal layaway length is 6 weeks but this can be extended for larger purchases.
*Payments must be paid regularly and on time. If the layaway is not completed on schedule, the item will be returned to stock. A refund will be issued less a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
*We cannot offer discounts or a sale price on layaways.
*Sorry, but we do not allow returns on layaway items.
*Shipping costs are not included in the price of the item.
