Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping for most items will be via US Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation included. Cost to buyer will be actual plus a $1 handling fee. Insurance on items under $50 is optional; above $50 is included in the S/H fee. Shipping will be within 2 business days, and sooner if possible.

International shipping will be determined after purchase. If you would like an international shipping quote, please feel free to contact me.

I happily combine shipping on multiple purchases and accommodate requests for express shipping. Please contact me if you would like a quote on shipping charges to your area.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned. Refunds will be given for the purchase price of an item only (ie the original shipping and/or insurance costs for that item will NOT be refunded). Item must have the original "The Vintage Bungalow" tag still attached to be returned.
