This is a lovely long column party dress! The entire dress is made of thick luscious black velvet that is completely lined in satin acetate. The large collar is made of ivory satin, it looks great laying flat or standing up. It has an empire waist band that starts at a 13" drop and ends at the natural waistline. It is sleeveless and has a back synthetic zipper.
