Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance.

All items are expertly packed and insured. Our shipments are packed to give the buyer absolutely NO worries about carrier theft or pilferage. Our return address gives the shop-owners name rather than the business name, and no insurance stamps or stickers give any clues as to the valuable contents. Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance. We ship items daily (Monday-Friday) via USPS and weekly via UPS. Depending on the size, value, and fragility of your item, there may be a delay to allow adequate time for safely packing your items; we will always disclose delays if any. We are always happy to email an estimate of time and cost, if you will provide your zip code to us.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

For North Carolina residences, appropriate sales taxes will apply.
