Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping and insurance on all items purchased. If packing materials, boxes etc is needed for packing only actual charges will apply. I will do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Once items are shipped The Very Best Antiques will not be responsible for any damage or loss while in transit. However, The Very Best Antiques, will provide all the necessary documents such as pictures and invoices to help the client with the claim. Insurance Required. No Handling charges. Local Pickup is not available. UPS is what I usually use unless you request another carrier, which I would need to get actual shipping costs on that Carrier.. I require a signature on all items shipped. No exceptions. Please make arrangements on the day your item will arrive for someone to be available for signature..

Restocking Fee:
Refunds will be given to customers for the full monetary amount (per the terms of Ruby Lane's return policy) less a restocking fee equal to the amount of the shipping, insurance, and pay pal fee charges. Request for any return requires notification within 3 days of receipt via email or US Mail...

Personal Checks must clear before merchandise is shipped 7- 10 days. Paypal and money orders ship within 24 hrs. Layaway is available upon request. 30 -90 day availability. custom plans are also available.. Once a contract for layaway is established.. if payment is not received on time, The Very Best Antiques reserves the right to cancel the sale and re-list the item for sale and the buyer forfeits any and all payments made to date.. Due to the High Paypal fees... I will no longer be able to offer discounts on item being paid with paypal.. Please contact me for more information.
