This is a very unusual gorgeous Limoges Blank.. This Handled tray is painted with much detail.. Roses then the artist took garlands of gold and painted in each leaf of gold a raised dot of applied porcelain. this well painted handled tray is scalloped on the edges and would be perfect for a Limoges Vase, Jardinière, Punch bowl or a set of your favorite perfume bottles. The possibilities are endless on what you can do with them. Measures 13 1/2" Handle to Handle x 11" wide. The photos don't do this piece justice.. Marked with the Coiffe mark. this is in excellent condition.. Free from damage or repairs..

L. and E. Coiffe Limoges porcelain factory operated from the mid 1870s to the mid 1920s and was a prolific producer of quality whiteware. Coiffe might also have done some decoration, but almost all of their porcelain was decorated by others.

L. Coiffe operated from the mid 1870s, E. Coiffe (the younger) took over in 1887, using the same marks.
