Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship all over the US as well as worldwide. The buyer pays all actual shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us for a quote if not listed below.

We prefer to ship Federal Express two-day, with all items insured. Two day - for purchases of $1-999, the cost is $15; for $1000-$4999 the cost is $30; for $5000-$9999 the cost is $60; over $10,000 must go overnight.

Overnight rates: $1-$999 the cost is $25; for $1000-$4999 the cost is $50; for $5000-$9999 the cost is $75; $10,000 upward is $100. All others please contact us for a quote.

International: $1-$999 the cost is $35; $1000-$4999 the cost is $50; $5000-$9999 the cost is $75; $10,000 and upward is $125. Some countries have restrictions and taxes. Please contact us for more information.

Restocking Fee:
We want every client to be delighted with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we issue a full refund less the original shipping cost. Please notify us within (3) days of receipt and ship back promptly. Once we receive the item back in like condition, a refund is issued for the full amount including shipping. And if the item is not as described, a full refund is yours.

Other Information:
So that items do not slip from your grasp, we do hold items for 24-48 hours while you have a chance to consider them. If you need a little extra time, please just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
