Rich chasing of leaf designs and fine mille graining encircle the entire band. The gallery is a temple to pierced and open metal work continuing with the leaf motif—this time in the form of the oak leaf symbolizing longevity. The beautifully crafted components of the ring flow together seamlessly.
Condition: Very good; light wear to mount with a minute amount of loss to detail at back of the band as commensurate with age and use.
Hallmarks: “PLAT” for platinum
Measurements: 3/8 of an inch (0.9 cm) north to south on the finger and rises ¼ of an inch (0.7 cm) high off the finger. Has a weight of 3.3 grams, 2.1 dwt. Currently a size US 7-1/2 (UK O 1/2; Euro 17.75, 56 mm) and can be easily sized up or down.
