Our Service Pledge To You:
We ship promptly on the first business day following receipt of payment. We provide information as accurately as we can about each item. We are willing to hold an item for a few days while questions are answered.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Money order MUST be USPS only.

We use USPS Priority Mail in most cases. We may occasionally prefer that heavy or fragile items be picked up in Austin Texas by the purchaser. In that case it is stated prominently in the listing.

Insurance is optional and it is the buyer's responsibility to follow the appropriate procedure to register a damaged item immediately upon receipt in order to comply with insurance requirements.

Restocking Fee:
We charge 10% restocking fee on all returns.
