Our Service Pledge To You:
We guarantee the authenticity of all our items, and they have been dated accurately to the best of our knowledge. We are careful to try to disclose any imperfections or repairs on our merchandise which we are aware of. You can expect response to email inquiries in 24 to 48 hours, except when our store is closed while we are on a buying trip.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We require all packages to be insured. We prefer to use USPS whenever possible. If you prefer another method of shipment please let us know. Buyer to pay for actual expense of shipping, handling and insurance. For larger items which must have special wood crates built, buyer will be charged for the crating.

Restocking Fee:
Never a restocking fee

Other Information:
We charge CA sales tax of 7.75% within the state of California unless you are a dealer buying for resale. CA Dealers must provide us with your active resale license number and your intent to resell your purchase. No exceptions to the above.
