Exquisitely Detailed Silverplated Child Riding on a Turtle

This little boy riding on his turtle is much more detailed than the pictures show. I found it hard to photograph it without getting a glare off of the silver, and still show the detail. Complete with reins it is as sweet as it can be. I believe that it was originally mounted on top of something, acting like a finial. Perhaps on a dome or something similar. It appears to have been cut off, as can be seen in the photo of the bottom. It is in good condition with a nice patina. It is 5" high and it measures 4' from its' tail to its' head
