The beautiful focal, by Kerri Fuhr is from of one of my favorite places in the entire world (or what I have scoped out so far), Beautiful British Columbia—Vancouver! It is a tapestry lamp work bead and this bead serves as a compliment to the two lamp work ravioli pillow beads handmade by a local artist. The tapestry lamp work bead is in a crème brown base with a blue grey design on it. The small round beads to either side are also red lamp work beads by Kerri Fuhr. Two ravioli shaped lamp work beads look as if they have a confetti center swirls in a light yellow on a deep red base. The edges of the bead are clear and translucent. All lampwork beads are heat annealed for strength. Four ox brass connectors, housing amber, sometimes orange looking faux gem stone give a little contrast to this treasure hand wired in gold plated wire. The bracelet is 7 “ in length. The set is signed on the bracelet by artist, Mary Deis.
The earrings measure 1 ¾” and house a ravioli lamp work and an amber connector in gold plate wire.
