Is this ever a stunner! This compact, fresh from the 1950 looks BRAND NEW! The glass is intact, there is no spotting on any of the metal or on the mirrors. The power puff is a bit crackly on top, but the net underneath echos the sentiment that this was given, saved and treasured--never used. The blue lacquer on top of the compact is in super fine condition, as is the picture on the top of the compact of a gentleman courting his lady--which is also signed Limoges.
