Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays shipping, handling, insurance.

We prefer payment via personal check or money order, but we will also accept PAYPAL payments provided the PayPal account has a 'CONFIRMED' shipping address. If items are paid via PayPal & value is over $200 USD, package will be sent with Signature Confirmation requiring a signature upon delivery. This applies to USPS, Fedex & UPS packages. Refused or undeliverable shipments will not be granted a refund.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS/SHIPPING:

For Overseas orders we accept: International money orders, international bank wire transfers (if over $1000 USD), checks in US funds, & PayPal, as follows: foreign buyers choosing PayPal must pay for USPS Express Mail Service (EMS), Fedex or UPS, with a Signature Confirmation form attached to confirm delivery.

We try to keep costs down for international customers, but the buyer is always unconditionally responsible for all international duties, taxes & brokerage fees which may be assessed on value of their shipment by their country's Customs Services at point of entry, which amount is separate from & in addition to actual shipping & insurance costs to convey item.

Restocking Fee:
(1) For 'full priced' ('not on sale') items returned per the terms of Ruby Lane's return policy, the purchaser will be given a full monetary refund of the amount paid for the item (excluding shipping and insurance), with no restocking fee charged on returned 'full-priced' items. (2) For 'sale' items or 'discounted' items returned per the terms of Ruby Lane's return policy, the purchaser will be given a full monetary refund of the amount paid for the item (excluding shipping and insurance), less a 25% restocking fee which is charged only on returned 'sale' or 'discounted' items. (3) LAYAWAY ITEMS returned via Ruby Lane's Return Policy will only be eligible for an in-shop credit toward future purchases, as no monetary refunds will be paid for any returned Layaway item(s), nor for future replacement items purchased with such returned layaway item shop credits. In other words, if a shop credit is issued for a returned layaway item, and a replacement item is purchased with that layaway item credit, the replacement item is also returnable via Ruby Lane's Return Policy, but it will only be eligible for another shop credit toward future purchases (not a monetary refund) and this same policy will apply for the return of any further purchases made with shop credits which originated from the return of the original layaway item.

Other Information:
~ LAYAWAY PLANS ~ SINGLE or MULTIPLE ITEM MONTHLY LAYAWAY INSTALLMENT PLANS AVAILABLE UP TO 24 MONTHS w 20% DEPOSIT, as follows: We offer optional Layaway Plans for purchasers who prefer to pay for their purchases gradually over time on a monthly installment basis. We require a minimum $100 or 20% DEPOSIT (whichever is more). Our Layaway Plans are extremely flexible and are each tailored to our customer's requests to meet their individual needs, and to make their purchases comfortable for them. For example, Layaway Plans can be as short as 1, 2 , 3 or 6 months, but can also last for up to 12, 18 months or even 24 months or more for larger or multiple-item purchases. Please feel free to email us with your specific layaway requests. Our longer layaway plans help to keep monthly installment payment obligations as low as possible. Many of our customers opt for longer term layaways to keep their monthly obligations on the low or conservative side but, at their option each month, they may choose to send extra payments ahead of time whenever they are able to do so, in order to shorten their layaway and receive their items more quickly. We request that all layaway payments be made via personal check or money order. Thank you!

As soon as all of the Purchaser's Layaway payment obligations have been met, the item(s) will immediately be shipped to the Purchaser. If Purchaser subsequently chooses to receive their item(s) more quickly, they may accelerate their Layaway payment schedule at any time, simply by completing payment(s) earlier than required.

Pertains to all Layaway Plans: please note that if any required layaway payment is not received by the Seller as set forth in the layaway which has been agreed upon, The Rosenquist Collection reserves the right to terminate the Layaway transaction without further notice and to re-list the item(s) for sale without any further obligation to a Purchaser who becomes in default of their Layaway Payment Plan, as agreed to at the time of purchase. Additionally, any layaway payments made by defaulting Purchaser will be forfeited at time of Purchaser's non-payment/default of their Layaway Plans required payment schedule. We are pleased to assist our Purchasers by offering time-deferred Layaway payment schedules, but require that all such deferred payments must be received by us on time.

RETURNED LAYAWAY ITEMS: Layaway items returned via Ruby Lane's Return Policy will only be eligible for an in-shop credit toward future purchases, as no monetary refunds will be paid for any returned Layaway item(s), nor for future replacement items purchased with such returned layaway item shop credits.
