YELLOW TEA ROSES FRENCH CHOCOLATE SET and YELLOW TEA ROSES TRAY. An exquisite antique hand painted Haviland Limoges Floral Art 9-Piece Chocolate Set , including Cocoa Pot with Four Matching Chocolate Cups & Saucers. Completely handpainted and signed: 'FERRIS'... one of the most important American china painters and porcelain art teachers between the years 1900-1910. Ida M. Ferris was a frequent contributing artist and writer to the KERAMIC STUDIO art publications near the turn-of-the-century, publish by leading American artist and ceramicist: Adelaide Alsop Robineau. Ferris is one of our favorite early porcelain artists, who had a great mastery of the naturalistic art style of painting.

Ferris masterpiece of the same 'Yellow Tea Roses' floral art subject. These great artists' works, although they lived a century apart, form the most beautiful artistic duet imaginable.

LARGE 16-1/4" x 12" FLORAL ART DRESSER TRAY. This tray is an unmarked high quality 'hard paste' Bavarian or Northern European china mold, with beautifully embossed raised-relief details
