Vintage Estee Lauder lovely old cameo box which held solid perfume

Very well made with the Estee Lauder touch, a round box with intricate silvertone design and lovely lady cameo in white on blush-tinged white. Marked with the Estee name inside under the lid and with traces of solid perfume (alas I do not know which one). About 2 inches high and oval, would be lovely to use as a pillbox. Josephine Esther Mintzer was born in Queens, New York and with her husband Joseph Lauder, created an international empire. She was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom and her tenet was that she wanted women to feel beautiful. Thanks, Estee, you were way ahead of your time.
