Fantastic RS Prussia Art Nouveau vase, with gorgeous pink roses decor and heavily gilded double handles. Superb piece, made in one of RS Prussia's Royal Vienna Germany molds, which includes some of the most Art Nouveau molds ever produced by them. This tall vase stands 10 1/2" tall, on a beautifully scalloped base. It has exquisite gold double handles, very intricately molded, that are almost as tall as the vase itself. The rim is scalloped, and there are embossed flowers on the front and back, with more lavish gold highlights. This piece is marked with RS Prussia Royal Vienna Germany mark, and is in excellent condition, without any chips, cracks, or hairlines. There is some wear to the gold, mostly around the rim, and some wear to the gold near the rim on one side, the handles are fabulous, it's classic RS Prussia in the classic Art Nouveau style. It is a wonderful vase, sure to be noticed. Circa 1900.
