Beautiful Limoges French porcelain plate, hand painted with gorgeous pink, deep mauve, and lavender anemone flowers with ferny green leaves. The scalloped Rococo edge is heavily gilded with Roman gold, and features raised gold beads along the rim. Anemones are not often seen on Limoges porcelain. French studio artist, Alvin, has signed the piece. The plate measures 8 1/2" in diameter and is in excellent condition with no damage. Aside from some light scratches, the gold is in wonderful condition as well. The plate is marked on the back with the Coiffe Limoges, France, factory mark. Circa 1905.
