Stunning nineteenth century silver filigree card case. People will notice when you pull this ornate card case out of your pocket or purse. Intricate silver wire formed into floral cartouches on both sides. Designed to hold visiting cards more than 100 years ago, this card case now works perfectly for business cards, as you can see in the last photo. Measures 4 1/4 inches tall and 2 5/8 inches wide, 1/4 inches deep to hold plenty of cards. Condition is excellent, no damage or losses, an outstanding example still useful today. Circa 1880.
