Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping/handling by First Class Mail is $5.00. I can and will ship Priority Mail, if that is your wish, at $5.50 and up. International buyers need to email me with their address before I can give them shipping fees. We insure through a private company and that price is already included in your purchase price.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Payment is expected with ten days of purchase. If you would like me to send you a Paypal Payment Request, let me know. If payment is not received within ten days, the purchase order will be canceled and the item(s) returned to the shop. No reminders will be sent.

The Pink Lady does have layaway on items priced at more than $100. The usual terms are one/third down for a non-refundable deposit, and full payment within 60 days. However, for repeat customers and more expensive items, I will work with you. Email me if you have questions.
