I think this is a lovely and most unusual Lisner piece. It is a silver toned metal hinged bangle and the whole front is set with wonderful aurora borealis rhinestones with blue and green hues. It is almost 1/2" wide on top and it has a safety chain. The inside diameter is 2 1/4" when it is closed. The bracelet is in good shape with some wear to the plating and it is marked Lisner,
