SOLD Striking Art Deco Multi-Colored Stone Brooch in Silver

The colorful array of semi precious stones in this stunning brooch makes it an attention getter. Great design, but without marks give us no way to determine the maker or country of origin. There is a good possibility that this could be a custom made piece for a customer. The stones include citrenes, amythests, garnets, tourmalines, aquamarines, and sapphires all set in a random design. The mounting is sterling silver and holds each stone securely. Jewels of this type were popular Deco designs. They were perfect compliments to the costumes of the day. The piece measures two and one half inches in diameter. It appears to be all original and in excellent condition.
