If you must carry a few pills what could be a better container than this gold Tiffany and Co engraved 14K gold box with its chain and finger ring. The top is engraved with the initials “GRH” and enhanced with an enamel trim. The latch and hinge are in excellent working order. The interior rim is engraved with the Tiffany name.
