Our Service Pledge To You:
We respond to inquiries and orders usually within 48 hours. All of our items are guaranteed to be as described and photographed. We attempt to make photographs very revealing, and any defects shown in photos supersede any defects in the description. If you would like more information or more photos, just ask and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling if stated in item description, and insurance, which we usually require.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 5% restocking fee only on items with a sale price of $100.00 or more, with the exception of layaway items. Canceled or returned layaway items subject to 15% restocking fee.

Other Information:
We charge sales tax only in Pennsylvania at a rate of 6%.
The Old Light Warehouse also offers convenient layaway for items $100 and up (actual price, shipping charges not included). Our terms vary and are typically listed with each item.
