Vintage Pair Gilded Shield Back 2-Light Wall Sconces ~ Draped Floral Ribbon Garlands

For your consideration is this Pair of Vintage c,1920s Wall Sconces, with their original Gold Paint Gilded Finish. They have shield backs with charming Drape Ribbon Garlands with Flowers intertwined.

The sconces are in their original Gold finish over spelter, with a few very minor touch-ups on the edges, but not really noticeable. There is one area, shown in last photo, where the finish was crackling, but is is stabilized with sealer. Both sconces have the finish sealed with a low luster lacquer to protect them. They have been completely, professionally re-wired, using the original standard size Bryant sockets, and new candle covers. The only addition to the lights is a ferrule at the base of the drip candle covers, to cover the bottom edges.

They measure 9-1/4"H x 8-1/2"W and stand 4-3/4" off the wall. The shield back is 4-1/4"W.
