I will respond to all questions or orders within 24 hours, and usually less, except on some Sundays. As a successful, full time antique dealer, I stand behind all my merchandise and guarantee its authenticity. Your pleasure in the items you purchase from me is my primary concern, and I try hard to keep my prices reasonable and affordable. I am dedicated to client satisfaction--for me, there is only one kind of client--a happy one! I offer discounts to all repeat buyers on Ruby Lane, just as I do in my shop and at the antique shows. I'm happy to arrange layaways to suit your needs, at no extra charge. Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Please make all checks or money orders to Dexter Grass.

My goal is to ensure that the items you purchase arrive with you safely and in a timely manner. I do not charge a handling fee when shipping, you pay only my costs for shipping and insurance, which is required on all items. I am experienced at shipping worldwide, and happy to do so, with just a few exceptions.
Layaways are available, and can be tailored to suit your needs. I will be happy to work with you in any way that I can, and of course, there is no charge for layaway.
It's always been my desire to offer quality at an affordable price. I am dedicated to client satisfaction and I am proud to have built up many happy, repeat clients over the years. Repeat buyers always get a discount on all future purchases, so make sure to remind me that you have bought in the past.

Restocking Fee:
I do not charge a restocking fee on regular sales, I will cheerfully accept any return with a no hassle refund of your purchase price.
Due to my liberal, no charge layaway policy, designed to suit your needs, uncompleted layaways will have money refunded, less a 20% cancellation fee.

Other Information:
Texas buyers must pay 6.75% sales tax, unless a valid sales tax number is provided. Layaways can be arranged to suit your needs.
