SOLD Vintage British biscuit tin, fabulous Poodle dogs

What a great old tin this is, with wonderful images of Poodles on both the lift off lid and all around the sides! Made for Peek Frean in England, dating to the late 1950's or so, the lid has a white Poodle wearing a blue collar, such soulful eyes! The side of the tin is super, various dogs in different poses, all terrific Poodles, some in show cuts and some in puppy cuts. One pair is playing ball, another sits next to a trophy, while a proud bitch stands next to her basket full of puppies. Another holds a bar bell in his mouth, dog dish at side, and another tears along gaily, leash flying behind. The round tin has slightly bulbous sides, so an interesting shape, and it is 8" in diameter, standing 3" tall. Some wear as you can see, scratching and litho loss, but I feel it is fairly minor for such a terrific tin, one I've never had before, it displays beautifully!
