So lovely to find a pair that hasn't been separated over the years, these wonderful dogs are done in cast iron. Crouching with paws crossed, they are on an elaborate plinth with a floral design. Quite heavy for their size, weighing in at over 3 pounds, the facing pair is of a size also suitable to be bookends. The paint is chippy, as you can see, and each measures 6" by 4" by 1". An elegant pair of antique English dogs, to grace your mantel or bookshelf.
