Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance. I never charge handling fees. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. I am not responsible for lost uninsured items. I ship priority mail, or first class with delivery confirmation. I will ship worldwide.

Restocking Fee:
I do not charge a restocking fee.

Payment to be received within 7 days of sale.
I accept money orders, cashier's checks and PayPal.
California residents to pay 7.75% sales tax.
Layaway is available on purchases over $100 for up to 3 months. 1/3 initial deposit, with the remainder to be paid in equal installments due on the original date of purchase. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
