What a find! Wonderful either for the collector of sculptures from the early 1900s or those who collect Greek Mythology. Offered is a rendering, in copper, of Athena. Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom, war, the arts, industry, justice and skill. The favorite child of Zeus, sprung fully grown out of her father's head. I believe this is Italian, based on others from this same estate, although there are no marks on this one, that I have found. She measures 10" tall, 9,5" across the widest point and 4.5" thick.
