This brooch is too beautiful!! It has a filigreed design in 18k yellow gold that surrounds an enamel center with gold overlay in the shape of a flower bouquet. There are 10 small blue stones that I assume to be sapphires at the edges. The brooch measures 1.5" across. It is marked 18K and weighs 9.9 grams.
