Offered is a fantastic find for anyone who is interested in American History and the early days of the frontier. Here is grouping of watercolor paintings that were used as artwork in the 1972 book, 'Famous Frontiersmen' by John W. Moyer, illustrated by James L. Vlasaty.

Each is painted on water color board. They measure 15"w x 20"l. I have not attempted any restoration and the paintings are not in perfect condition. Some are dirty, which will probably clean. 3 have wrinkling due to water damage over about 1/5th of the painting. Two have dents to the sides, not affecting the visible picture.

The pictures in this grouping are of: Daniel Boone James Bowie Lewis and Clark James Bridger Kit Carson Wild Bill Hickok General Custer
