I guarantee that all Artisan jewelry is made by me, or was purchased directly from the artisan named in the listing. I guarantee that all Native American jewelry is made in the USA, not imported from China or the Philippines. I will do my best to see that you are a satisfied GILDED CAGE customer!
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping is usually 1st Class, and under $2.00 for single items. That includes a lined box, bag, padded mailer, postage and Delivery Confirmation. Insurance, based on the value of your item, is required.

The same is included for 1st Class International shipping @ $5.00, but there is no insurance. If you want your pkg tracked the cost is usually 2.5x the 1st Class rate. International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs' duties/tariffs/fees/import taxes. Please do not ask me to declare your purchase a ''gift'' or falsify the amount of purchase on the Customs form. I refuse to lie to my government, or yours, regardless of the amount.

I'm sorry, but at this time I do not ship to ITALY or GERMANY.

Purchases over $100 are shipped FREE (including internationally!)

Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee for domestic items returned within 10 days. There is a 10% restocking fee for domestic items returned after 10 days, and for ALL international returns. I do not take back items or send refunds after 25 days.

Other Information:
We offer Lay-Away on purchases of $75 or more. !/3 of the price is due at the time of purchase, 1/3 in 3 weeks and the final payment is due 3 weeks later. All shipping, handling and return policies apply to Lay-Away items.
