Nice Retro brooch by BOUCHER with eight open back prong-set rhinestones. The finish has a slight rosy cast to it, with a couple of tiny surface marks. The brooch measures 1 1/2'' x 1 5/8'' and is signed on the back with the Phrygian cap, MB and Sterling.
