Remember the old Crayola boxes with 64 or 128 or however many colors they had, and how you couldn't believe there were that many shades of just one color? That's what this Juliana demi reminds me of. The rhinestones run the gamut from blue-green to kelly green to forest green to spring green to peridot green, with each stone being prong set and the blue-green and spring green being open backed. The pin mechanism, puddling and it's presence in the archives of a Juliana research group (albeit in another color scheme) allow me to attribute this to D&E. The matching earrings have five stones, each one replicating a color in the brooch. Just fascinating!
