What a fabulous fake, with its clean geometric lines, tiny glittering stones, rhodium finish and unusual design. This is one piece that could easily have passed for the real thing back in the 20s. Superbly crafted by Boucher, I threaded a microfine sterling chain through it, wore it to a formal charity dinner, and my husband was complimented on his 'stunning anniversary gift' to me by two friends and a jeweler, who wanted to know where he found someone who did such delicate work (snicker, snicker)
