A lovely duette of blue carved lucite flowers with enamel ends in blue and white. The mechanism has no tarnish or mechanical defects. Patent numbers are 1798867 on the frame, which measures 2'', and 1852188 on each of the clips, which measure 1 1/8'' x 5/8''. The assembled brooch measures 2 1/4'' and is most unusual in it's design, and in fabulous vintage condition.

TKF (Trifari-Krussman-Fishel) was the predecessor of Trifari, the second and third names being dropped in 1938. This dress clip is representative of the workmanship and design that made the company famous. With its precisely placed faux emerald baguettes surrounded by clear stones, and glossy rhodium plating, it is an excellent example of their early work. Signed with the three initials on the clip mechanism. Condition: Very Good Size: 2 1/8'' x 1 1/4''

This is a Trifari piece with the Design patent "Patent #130136 Date: Oct. 28, 1941 Item: Pin Clip Owner: Trifari, Kussman & Fishel, Inc. Inventor: Philippe, Alfred" Perfect?
