Dimensional yet dainty, this brooch has twining stems and leaves with clusters of white and ice blue rhinestones framed by a smooth oval band encircled by fine loops of twisted gold rope. One can just picture a piece like this on a fine gold chain or atop a frothy lace jabot. The piece is signed on a plaque on the back: WL (Walter Lampl) in a shield, and 1-20-12K. No visible damage or missing stones in front....minimal, if any, wear to the back. Size: 1 11/16''L x 1 3/8''H Condition: Excellent

An oldie but goodie, this Marcel Boucher is covered in tiny rhinestones and baguettes. Signed MB with the Phrygian cap, it dates to before WWII, and with the exception of missing 2 tiny baguettes, appears to have retained almost all its brilliance. Minimal wear to the rhodium plating on the back is consistent with age. Condition: Issues noted above. Priced accordingly. Size: approx. 3 1/2'' x 2 1/2''.

Soft yellow and pink pastel enamel wings frame lavender and clear rhinestones on this KJL butterfly. Kenneth J. Lane did several lovely pieces for Avon, and they are quite collectible now. This one measures 3'' wingspan and 1 3/4'' body length. It is in excellent condition.

What a fabulous fake, with its clean geometric lines, tiny glittering stones, rhodium finish and unusual design. This is one piece that could easily have passed for the real thing back in the 20s.
