Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We pack all our items with great care & ship via USPS. Buyer pays for actual shipping & insurance. Insurance is required on all items over 50.00. I include delivery confirmation on most of my items that is displayed in the quoted price. We will ship International on most items & charge a small handling fee of 3.00. We accept Paypal Verified accounts. The full amount paid for any item will be declared on the customs form & item listed as merchandise - not gift. We will gladly combine multiple purchases & save on your shipping too!

Restocking Fee:
We have a 10% restocking fee. If the item is not as described this fee will be waived.

Other Information:
Please contact us within 3 days of purchase. Payments are due within 7 days of purchase. Sales tax of 5% must be collected for Ma. residents unless your have a Ma. resale number.

LAYAWAY POLICY: Layaway available on items 300.00 or more. We offer a reasonable layaway plan. We understand that it is not always possible to make that one large payment for a doll or accessory you long for. Please contact us for layaway options to fit your needs. Once terms are established payments should be made on time. There will be no refunds on uncompleted layaways. On completed layaways the return policy is the same as any purchase except that a shop credit will be issued instead of a refund. The credit will be good for one year only.
