The red squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris) is stunning creature native to Britain. The coat of the red is a lovely russet red, although coat colour can vary with some reds appearing very grey. They are small with ear tuffs - large tuffs in winter - while grey squirrels are stockier and rounder. The lil' guy is made with First Quality Swarovski crystals in round chaton and Navette cuts all prong set by hand on a hematite plated base metal. The colors used are Topaz, Colorado Topaz, Smokey Topaz and Jet. He measures 1 3/4 in. W x 2 1/4 in. H and is signed on the back with our logo.
