The Angora is a breed of goat from the Angora region of Asia Minor (present day Ankara, Turkey). The fleece is sheared and is called Mohair. This multi-colored goat is made with First Quality Swarovski crystals in round chaton cuts all prong set by hand on a hematite plated base metal. The piece is layered for dimension and there are chains of crystals which move creating the illusion of thick hair. The colors used are Jet, Black Diamond, Topaz, Crystal & Chalk. It is signed on the back 'Bettina von Walhof' and measures about 4 1/4 in. W x 2 3/4 in. H.
