Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance. There is NEVER a handling fee!! We ship using the US Postal service, and UPS - however for larger pieces we may choose to use a shipping service. We will find the lowest shipping cost for our customers!

Restocking Fee:
We do have a restocking fee, however it will depend on each circumstance. If payment was made via credit card or paypal we will charge you the fee incurred. Also, in some cases, we will issue store credit. We do not refund shipping fees. Thank you.
