Here's a fabulous piece of old elegant glassware, manufactured by the famous Fostoria Glass Company of Moundsville, West Virginia. The etched decoration on this is called 'Gold Lace', a/k/a Fostoria's Decoration #514; it was produced on various pieces from 1938 to 1944.
