For your consideration is a darling little decorative pottery canister in the shape of a old store coffee grinder. Marked on the front: Instant Coffee. It is done in the dark brown shiny finish with little white dotted flowers with yellow centers here & there. On each side is a fake turn wheel in dark brown with goldtone trim. There is also a goldtone knob on the top that comes off & is hollow inside with a cork surround to help keep the cover on tight. There is a pottery double loop on the back where a measuring spoon would have been, but this one is missing the spoon. Some of the goldtone has rubbed off here & there, but not too bad & only mentioned for accuracy. Marked on the bottom with a red with goldtone print label: DAVAR Original, Japan. Excellent older condition! 1950s-60s. Dimensions are approx.: 5 1/2"T X 3"Sq. Base. (Would look darling on any table or countertop, besides still being useful!)
